# assetfra

> Businesses raise money against assets they can evidence. A smart contract holds each
> backer's money until the raise fills and returns it automatically if it does not.
> Backers keep custody of their own tokens throughout.

Currently on Binance Smart Chain testnet (BSC, chain 97). The dollar token is **tUSDT on
BSC** — a different asset from USDT on Ethereum or Tron. Nothing here has real value yet.
