1. What this service is
assetfra is software that lets a business tokenise assets it owns and publish them as a listing, and lets participants subscribe using an on-chain escrow contract. What is tokenised is defined by the listing itself. We operate the interface and review listings before publication. We are not a broker, an exchange, a custodian, or an adviser of any kind, and we do not provide advice on whether to participate.
2. Self-custody — we do not hold your funds
This platform is non-custodial. Subscriptions are held by the escrow smart contract, not by us, and your listing tokens stay in self-custody in your own wallet, under your own keys. We cannot move, freeze, or recover your funds, and we cannot restore a lost key.
3. What the contract does automatically
At a listing's go-live date the contract settles or refunds according to the funding rule set when the listing was approved. This is enforced in code and cannot be overridden to pay out a listing that did not meet its terms.
4. Administrative powers, stated plainly
An administrator can cancel a listing before its go-live date, and can void a listing that has not yet settled — which forces it into refunding so subscribers can reclaim their principal. Every void records an actor and a reason.
These powers are constrained by the contract itself: no administrative action can reduce the escrow's balance below the total principal it owes subscribers. We can unwedge a listing. We cannot take your money.
A listing that has already settled cannot be reversed on chain. Disputes after settlement are between you and the originator.
5. Originator responsibility
Listing descriptions, documents, coupons and tenors are supplied by the originator. We review listings before publication, but we do not audit the underlying assets and we do not guarantee repayment. Platform risk scores are our opinion, not a rating from a regulated agency, and an unrated listing is shown as unrated.
6. Transferability
On this deployment listing tokens are ordinary ERC-20 tokens with no transfer restrictions. Acquiring a listing token from someone else does not transfer their right to a refund — refunds are tracked per original subscriber.
7. Eligibility, and your own jurisdiction
It is your responsibility to check that backing a raise, or running one, is lawful in your country of residence before you take part. Rules on this kind of arrangement differ sharply between countries, and in many of them participating requires a licence, an exemption, or a particular investor status. We do not give legal, tax or financial advice, and we cannot tell you whether you personally are permitted to use this service.
Nothing on this site is an offer or a solicitation to any person in any jurisdiction where making that offer would be unlawful. That this site is reachable from your country is not a representation that using it is lawful there, and it is not advice that participation is lawful for you.
You must not use this service if you are subject to sanctions, or if you are acting on behalf of a person who is. You are responsible for your own tax position on anything you receive through it.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service or gain access you were not granted.
- Do not use the service to launder funds or evade sanctions.
- Do not misrepresent assets if you list as an originator.
9. No warranty, and limits on liability
The service is provided as-is. Smart contracts can contain defects; blockchains can reorganise; third-party services can fail. To the fullest extent the law allows, Assetfra.com is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
